Pseudosodomyyy — The Chaos Angel of Atlanta’s Breakcore Underground

Pseudosodomyyy is an experimental electronic artist from Atlanta, Georgia, known for blending breakcore, glitchbreak, hardcore, and sextrance into a unique sonic experience. Their music, characterized by chaotic energy and emotional depth, has been released through platforms like Bandcamp and Ravefurrest.

In the darkest corners of Atlanta’s DIY rave scene, one name is echoing louder with every strobe-lit breakdown: Pseudosodomyyy. Armed with a genre-shattering blend of breakcore, glitchbreak, hardcore, and something they half-jokingly call “sextrance,” this enigmatic artist is making waves far beyond the basement shows and back-alley flyers where they first emerged.

Their sound is a visceral punch — raw, emotional, and often violently beautiful. It’s rave music for the emotionally complex, for the broken-hearted at 160 BPM, for the candy-coated nihilists who never left the warehouse. Their most recent full-length release, PSEUDOCIDE SYNDROME!!! (August 2024), is a siren call to the misfits and dreamers teetering on the edge. Tracks like “Kandi Kids vs Kops” and “Pseudodreamerz.30mg” fuse distorted kicks with eerie melodic breakdowns, evoking both late-night euphoria and early-morning collapse.

But Pseudosodomyyy isn’t new to the chaos. Since 2023, they’ve been steadily dropping cult-favorite projects like YOU CAN'T KILL ME!, Kleptomania404, and the emotionally loaded I am This Way Because of You. Each release is less a collection of tracks and more a digital diary entry — messy, unapologetic, and painfully human.

What sets them apart isn’t just the production — it’s the vulnerability. This is music that screams, that sobs, that dissociates and then hits back harder. Fans aren’t just listening; they’re surviving alongside it.

Whether they’re headlining DIY raves or dissolving minds on SoundCloud, Pseudosodomyyy is building a cult — not around themselves, but around a shared feeling: that sometimes the most honest art sounds like everything breaking all at once.
